Terms & Conditions

By placing an order online, by phone, text, or signing a delivery ticket, Customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions. This Agreement becomes binding once the order is scheduled for delivery.

Customer Authorization​

Customer represents and warrants that they are:

• The property owner,

• The authorized property manager or POA, or

• A licensed contractor/broker with authority to authorize dumpster placement at the delivery location.

• Customer further certifies that they are the authorized credit card holder for the payment method provided. Proof of identification may be required. A copy of a state ID may be requested and submitted via text or email if necessary.

Payment Terms & Authorization​

• Payment is due on the day of delivery.

• A valid credit card or ACH method must remain on file.

Customer authorizes Prime Rolloff Solutions to charge the card/ACH on file for:

• Base rental charges

• Overage weight charges

• Additional rental days

• Trip/dry run fees

• Prohibited material fees

• Disposal surcharges

• Relocation fees

• Repair or replacement costs​

• Final tonnage charges will be processed once landfill weight is confirmed. Unpaid invoices after 10 days or declined payments will result in a $50 fee.Customer agrees to pay all collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees and mechanic’s lien filings, if collection action becomes necessary.

Scheduling & Delivery​

• Deliveries are tentatively scheduled at time of booking.

• Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Delays due to traffic, weather, site conditions, or safety concerns do not cancel this Agreement.

• If the requested dumpster size is unavailable, Customer will be notified.

• Customer must provide:

• Accurate delivery address

• Clear placement instructions

Prime Rolloff Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Site Access & Placement Requirements​

Customer is responsible for providing:

• Safe, unobstructed access

• Minimum clearance: 10 feet wide / 14 feet high

• Stable ground capable of supporting truck and container weight

• All required permits or HOA approvals

• Prime Rolloff Solutions is not responsible for damage to:

• Driveways, pavement, lawns, curbs, irrigation systems

• Septic systems

• Underground utilities

• Private surfaces

Placement on a driveway or concrete surface is strongly recommended.

Rental Period​

• Standard rental period: 7 days unless otherwise stated.

• Additional days: $10 per day after the included rental period.

• Rental time begins upon delivery and ends at the same time on the scheduled pickup date.

Pickup is tentatively scheduled at booking. If scheduling adjustments are necessary, Customer will be notified.

Early pickup requests require a minimum 24-hour notice and are subject to availability.

​

Blocked or inaccessible containers will result in:

• Trip (dry run) fee

• Continued daily rental charges

Charges

Total cost of the dumpster rental consists of the base fee and $80 per ton disposed, plus any applicable state taxes and additional fees.

​

• Customer is responsible for total weight of contents.

• Final weight is determined by certified landfill scale ticket.

• If container does not follow the loading rules below, Customer must offload excess material at their expense.

• Company may refuse pickup of unsafe or overloaded containers.

Loading Rules

Customer agrees:

​

• Do not fill above the top rim.

• Doors must close completely.

• Debris must be evenly distributed.

• No materials may hang over the sides.

• No liquids are permitted.

• No mixing of heavy materials with general debris.

If driver must adjust load for safe transport, a load correction fee will apply.

Prohibited Materials

Customer warrants that no hazardous or prohibited materials will be placed in the dumpster.

Prohibited materials include but are not limited to:

​

• Hazardous waste (RCRA 42 U.S.C. §6901 et seq.)

• Chemicals, solvents, oils, fuels

• Paints and stains

• Asbestos

• Batteries

• Propane tanks

• Medical or biological waste

• Refrigerators or CFC appliances

• Tires (unless approved – additional fee applies)

• Mattresses/box springs (unless approved – additional fee applies)

• Dirt, rock, or concrete mixed with other debris

• Landscape waste mixed with construction debris

• Household food waste mixed with construction debris

If prohibited materials are discovered:

​

• Disposal surcharges will apply

• Third-party handling fees will apply

​

When in doubt, Customer must contact Prime Rolloff Solutions before disposal.

Concrete, Dirt & Landscape Waste Containers

Concrete, dirt, and landscape waste must be ordered in designated containers only and may not be mixed with other debris. DOT hauling limits apply.

Trip Charges / Dry Runs

A failed service fee will apply if:

​

• Site is inaccessible at delivery or pickup

• Container is blocked

• Container is overloaded

• Unsafe conditions prevent service

• Incorrect address was provided

Trip charges range from $100–$200 per occurrence.

 

Relocation

• Containers may not be moved by Customer or any third party.

• Relocation requested by Customer or required due to site issues will incur a $100–$200 fee per occurrence.

Damage, Loss & Responsibility

Customer is responsible for the container while on site and liable for:

• Fire damage

• Theft or vandalism

• Damage from loading equipment

• Unauthorized relocation

• Repair or replacement costs will be billed to Customer.

 

No Subleasing

Dumpster may not be reassigned, relocated, or sublet without written approval.

 

Refund Policy

Once delivery is scheduled, equipment and resources are reserved. No refunds after dispatch except at Company discretion.

 

Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Prime Rolloff Solutions harmless from all claims, damages, fines, penalties, or liabilities arising from:

• Improper loading

• Site conditions

• Permit violations

• Prohibited materials

• Third-party claims related to dumpster use

 

Limitation of Liability

Prime Rolloff Solutions is not liable for incidental or consequential damages related to delivery delays, placement decisions, or removal when safety concerns exist.

 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state where services are performed.

 

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior verbal or written communications.

 

Acceptance

Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms by:

• Booking the service

• Signing the delivery ticket

• Clicking an acceptance checkbox or

• Paying the invoice
